Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
- 01
Cook sushi rice according to package directions with 2.5 cups water. Once cooked, mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt while rice is still warm. Let cool slightly.
- 02
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin generously with cooking spray.
- 03
In a bowl, combine drained tuna, Japanese mayonnaise, sriracha, cream cheese, soy sauce, sesame oil, and half the green onions. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- 04
Cut nori sheets into strips that can line the muffin cups. Press nori into each cup, creating a cup shape.
- 05
Press about 2 tablespoons of seasoned sushi rice into the bottom of each nori-lined muffin cup, creating a base layer.
- 06
Spoon the spicy tuna mixture on top of the rice layer, filling each cup generously.
- 07
Top each cup with a small dollop of extra mayo-sriracha mixture, then sprinkle with furikake and sesame seeds.
- 08
Bake for 12-15 minutes until tops are golden and bubbling. Let cool for 5 minutes.
- 09
Carefully remove cups from tin, garnish with remaining green onions, and serve immediately with extra soy sauce and sriracha on the side.

The Caprese Salad Skewers recipe was a triumph! I prepared them for a party's barbecue and everyone loved them. The basil was so aromatic, the mozzarella so fresh, and the skewers were the perfect size and an appropriate.
