β€’1/2 cup mayonnaise
β€’1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
β€’2 tbsp sriracha sauce
β€’1 tbsp honey
β€’3 cups jasmine rice, cooked
β€’1 cup vegetable oil for frying
β€’1 cup cucumber, diced
β€’1 cup shredded cabbage
β€’3 green onions, sliced
β€’1 tbsp sesame seeds
β€’1 tsp salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Make the bang bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.

    Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Set up a breading station with cornstarch, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls.
