Garlic Parmesan Broccoli

A mouth-watering combination of tender, juicy steak bites tossed in rich garlic butter alongside golden, crispy potatoes coated in savory parmesan cheese. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or impressive date night meal.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss halved baby potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and half the parmesan. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Pat steak cubes completely dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking. Add steak bites in a single layer, working in batches to avoid crowding.
Sear steak bites for 2 minutes per side until a golden-brown crust forms. Remove to a plate and tent with foil.
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet and let it melt. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter for 1 minute, coating evenly.
Remove potatoes from oven and toss with remaining parmesan cheese. Plate steak bites and potatoes together, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

The Caprese Salad Skewers recipe was a triumph! I prepared them for a party's barbecue and everyone loved them. The basil was so aromatic, the mozzarella so fresh, and the skewers were the perfect size and an appropriate.
