12 oz fettuccine pasta
1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
6 cloves garlic, minced
1.5 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
0.5 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.

    Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

    In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
