1 lb. pound green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
1 tablespoon ketchup
¼ cup liquid egg whites
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
¼ cup panko bread crumbs
¼ cup plain greek yogurt
salt & pepper
1½ teaspoons sriracha
