½ cup cooked bulgar wheat
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon honey
¾ tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup strawberries, sliced
