β€’1 heaping tbsp chili powder
β€’1 tsp ground cumin
β€’1 tsp ground coriander
β€’1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
β€’1/2 tsp garlic powder
β€’1/8 tsp crushed red pepper more or less to taste
β€’A couple splashes of soy sauce
β€’1 tsp salt more or less to taste
β€’1/2 tsp smoked paprika
β€’1/2 tsp regular paprika
