½ small avocado, diced
1 14oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed. (or 2 cups of cooked and cooled black beans)
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon
1 Tbsp oil (I used avocado oil)
½ small red onion, chopped
1 packet stevia
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
